Please find the list of requirements below:
- 18 years of age and older
- Valid Driver’s License/ID
- Social Security card
- Work permit (if applicable)
- 2 Step TB or TB Quantiferon (blood) or Chest X-Ray along with Positive TB result
- Pre-employment Physical or Health Statement signed by your doctor
- CPR/First Aid training(ONLINE certification will not be accepted)
- State and Federal background check
- 10 Hour Basic Training
- 4 hour in house training
- Employment References
